Aerospace, precision detection instruments and high-temperature laboratory equipment often place high reliability requirements on bundling components. In particular, high temperatures, confined spaces, exposure to organic solvents or complex chemical media may exceed the performance limits of standard nylon cable ties and ordinary engineering plastic ties, potentially leading to insufficient heat resistance, dimensional change, chemical attack or reduced mechanical strength.

To address the material selection challenges in high-end equipment bundling, SVM (Yancheng Suweimei) focuses on specialty engineering plastic modification and precision forming capabilities, and develops PEEK specialty cable ties. PEEK inherently offers high heat resistance, chemical medium resistance and mechanical strength. After formulation and process optimization, it can serve as an alternative bundling material for wiring harness fixation and small component restraint in high-temperature environments.

We maintain stock of six core sizes: 2.5×100, 3.5×145, 4.8×185, 4.8×250, 4.8×300, 4.8×420. Few manufacturers in the industry can cover such a complete size range. These options accommodate different bundling circumferences and installation space requirements for diverse projects.

Product Features

  1. High heat resistance PEEK specialty cable ties can be considered as an alternative bundling material for high-temperature applications. Compared with standard nylon cable ties, they offer a wider heat-resistant range and are suitable for precision equipment internal bundling where temperature stability is required.
  2. Solvent resistance The product demonstrates good resistance to many organic solvents. In environments involving contact with cleaners, oils and some industrial media, it may reduce the risk of rapid material degradation.
  3. High strength and dimensional stability PEEK cable ties provide high mechanical strength and rigidity. In confined-space bundling, wiring fixation and structural component restraint applications, they help maintain stable bundling conditions and reduce loosening and displacement.
  4. Multiple sizes for high-end precision applications Six regular sizes are available to meet different space and bundling length demands. They can be used in precision detection instruments, aerospace small-component wiring, high-temperature laboratory equipment and other applications requiring high-performance materials, serving as a material selection reference for high-end bundling components.

Application Scope

  • Precision detection instruments: Bundling and fixation of internal wiring harnesses, sensor cables and small structural components;
  • Aerospace small-component wiring: Local wiring harnesses, tubing and small-component bundling in aerospace equipment;
  • High-temperature laboratory equipment: Wiring fixation around high-temperature experimental devices, testing equipment and laboratory rigs.

FAQ

Q:PEEK cable ties are relatively expensive. Is small-quantity sampling available? A:SVM’s in-house production line supports small-batch sampling and prototyping. Samples of our six regular sizes can be provided for application evaluation, structural verification and material selection testing.

Q:Can PEEK be used continuously at 300℃? A:Continuous use at 300℃ depends on the actual operating temperature, heating duration, stress state and media conditions. The appropriate modified PEEK formulation should be selected according to project requirements, and suitability should be confirmed through sampling and verification.

SVM (Yancheng Suweimei) can provide PEEK cable tie material selection suggestions, small-batch sampling and formulation adaptation services based on customer operating conditions, helping evaluate more suitable high-end bundling material solutions for precision high-temperature applications.
